Terms of Service

By accessing the MyDubaiPlants website (mydubaiplants.com), placing an order in our online shop, requesting a quote, or engaging our landscaping services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and clients of MyDubaiPlants, a landscaping and garden services company registered and operating in the United Arab Emirates.

MyDubaiPlants provides professional landscaping, garden design, and installation services across Dubai and the UAE. Our service offering includes, but is not limited to: landscaping design, landscape architecture, softscaping, hardscaping, swimming pool construction, green walls, water features, artificial grass, natural grass installation, tiling, marble fixing, outdoor furniture supply, and indoor and outdoor plant supply.

All services are subject to a formal quotation and acceptance process. A binding service contract is only created when a written quotation has been issued by MyDubaiPlants and accepted in writing (including by email or electronic signature) by the client, accompanied by any agreed deposit payment.

We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion without explanation.

All prices quoted by MyDubaiPlants are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless expressly stated otherwise. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

Quotations are based on the information provided by the client at the time of assessment. Material price variations, site condition changes, or scope additions may result in revised pricing, which will be communicated and agreed in writing before additional work proceeds.

Free consultation visits are provided at no cost and without obligation. The visit does not constitute a commitment by either party to proceed with any project.

Online shop prices are displayed in AED and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to any order is the price displayed at the time of checkout confirmation.

Payment terms for landscaping and installation projects are agreed individually in each project contract. Typical arrangements require a deposit of 30–50% upon contract signing, with the balance due upon project completion unless otherwise specified.

For online shop purchases, full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

All payments are processed securely. MyDubaiPlants does not store card details on our servers.

Late payment of invoices may result in suspension of services and accrual of interest at a rate of 2% per month on outstanding balances, as permitted under UAE commercial law.

Project cancellations must be notified in writing. Deposits are non-refundable once project planning and material procurement has commenced. Cancellations made more than 7 days before a scheduled project start date may be eligible for a partial deposit refund at our discretion.

For online shop orders, cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of order placement provided the order has not been dispatched. Once dispatched, orders are subject to our returns policy.

Returns of shop products are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Perishable items, including live plants, cannot be returned. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of return receipt.

Service-related complaints and refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of service completion. We commit to responding within 5 business days.

MyDubaiPlants provides a 1-year workmanship warranty on all landscaping installation work, covering defects in workmanship and materials used. This warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, neglect, failure to maintain, acts of nature, or modifications made by third parties.

Plant establishment guarantees are provided for a period of 3 months from installation, covering plants that fail to establish due to our workmanship or plant quality. Plants that die due to client-side irrigation failure, mechanical damage, or conditions outside our control are not covered.

Swimming pool structures carry a 10-year structural warranty. Pool equipment (pumps, filters, automation) is covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to our customer service team. We will inspect and respond to valid warranty claims within 10 business days.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, MyDubaiPlants' total liability to any client in connection with any project or service shall not exceed the total value of fees paid by the client for that specific project or service.

MyDubaiPlants shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of use, or business interruption, arising from or related to our services.

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, floods, extreme weather events, government actions, supply chain disruptions, or labour disputes.

All design work, drawings, 3D visualisations, plans, and creative materials produced by MyDubaiPlants remain the intellectual property of MyDubaiPlants until full payment for the relevant service has been received. Upon full payment, the client receives a licence to use the design for the specific project for which it was created.

The MyDubaiPlants name, logo, website content, photography, and marketing materials are protected by copyright and trademark rights. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

Clients grant MyDubaiPlants a non-exclusive licence to photograph and use images of completed projects for marketing purposes, including our website, social media, and promotional materials, unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We comply with applicable UAE data protection regulations and do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

You may use the MyDubaiPlants website for lawful purposes only. You must not use the website in any way that causes or may cause damage to the website or impairment of its availability, or in any way that is fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website or any part of it at any time without notice.

While we endeavour to ensure the information on our website is accurate and up to date, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information. Service descriptions and pricing on the website are indicative only and subject to formal quotation.

The website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only and do not constitute endorsement. We have no control over third-party website content and accept no liability for it.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the specific laws of the Emirate of Dubai.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be referred to mediation under the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) rules before any legal proceedings are initiated.

Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, for any disputes not resolved through the above process.

MyDubaiPlants reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For significant changes to active service contracts, we will notify affected clients directly.
