You receive an order confirmation by email and WhatsApp within minutes of placing your order.
Nursery Preparation
Our team carefully selects and inspects your plants, then packages them in custom protective packaging with temperature management.
Delivery Notification
You receive a WhatsApp message with your delivery window and tracking link when your order is dispatched from our Dubai nursery.
Safe Delivery
Our driver calls 30 minutes before arrival. Plants are hand-delivered to your door - never left unattended.

How We Protect Your Plants
Plants are living things - they need careful packaging to arrive in perfect condition, especially in the UAE's climate. Here's how we ensure every plant arrives healthy.
Custom foam inserts
Each plant is individually wrapped and secured against movement during transit.
Temperature-controlled vehicles
Our delivery vans are air-conditioned during UAE summer months (June–September) to prevent heat stress.
Pot stabilisers
Soil and root balls are secured to prevent spillage and root disturbance.
14-day health guarantee
If your plant arrives in poor condition, we replace it free of charge - no questions asked.
Delivery FAQs
Can I request a specific delivery time?
Yes - morning (8 AM–12 PM) and afternoon (1 PM–6 PM) windows available. Note in your order.
What if I'm not home?
Our driver will call you. Plants are never left unattended - we'll reschedule at no charge.
Do you deliver to apartments?
Yes - we deliver directly to your apartment door. Large plants will require building lift access.
Can I gift-wrap my order?
Yes - free gift wrapping and handwritten card available. Select at checkout or note in your order.
